Fall Rowing Festival on The River

On Saturday, October30 and Sunday, October 31 thousands of spectators can enjoy exceptional rowing competition.  Walk to the River's edge from many of Philadelphia's neighborhood and off site parking.  Bring your own refreshments or purchase favorite Philly foods from our vendors!  All Vendor tents will be located at the Angels Statue where you can also buy great rowing and workout gear and the Official Head of the Schuylkill program and T-shirts!  A free continuous shuttle bus will take spectators to various sites along the course. The Angels Statues are just one mile north of Boathouse Row on Kelly Drive.…they are a walkable distance from Boathouse Row…and yes, there will be plenty of port-a-potties.

Where to watch

The best place to watch your favorite crew and enjoy the fun is at the Angels Statue, the site of our regatta festival featuring our favorite vendors, food, music, games and lots of fun.

Results

Results will be posted immediately at the Angels Statue and at the finish line. The first, second and third place winners will be awarded medals throughout the 2-day event.

Here are some things we’re planning: Medal ceremonies throughout both days…Be there for cox throw (no live coxes used) with prizes for winners…face painting…meet an Olympian who will answer your questions and sign autographs…bring the kids, for fun and food…
